Bread in a Bag

Just wanted to share a fun activity that we did when I taught school many years ago. During the week of Thanksgiving we talked about how bread was made and then each of the students got to make their own mini-loaf to take home. When we did it I remember thinking what a fun activity it would be to do with my own children. This year I finally feel like they are old enough to enjoy it. I have searched my files for the original recipe, but I can't find it. So....I consulted Google and of course I found a very similar one.
